While diversity may have been a problem decades ago, recent social movements have shown that Hollywood is evolving, and with it, a growing number of young Black performers are becoming stars every day.
Some of these names are really great actors, and we’ve chosen to commemorate the history of Hollywood’s young Black actors in this piece.
This list will consist of the top 30 young Black actors under the age of 40. You’ll learn some basic biographical information about them, including their age at the time of writing, their most well-known roles, and some of the awards they’ve won.
It should be noted that the list was compiled in a random order.
